Refund Policy
This policy explains how subscription cancellation and refund requests work for Leverage Proposals.

Cancellation
- You can cancel a subscription through the billing flow or by contacting support.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
- Cancellation does not reverse charges already incurred unless a refund is approved under this policy, Dodo Payments checkout terms, payment-network rules, or applicable law.
Refund requests
- Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, which may act as reseller and Merchant of Record. Refund requests are subject to this policy, Dodo Payments checkout terms and refund rules, payment-network requirements, and applicable consumer law.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date through Leverage Proposals support or the Dodo Payments buyer support flow shown on the receipt. Submission of a request does not guarantee a refund.
- Because access is provisioned immediately, refund review may consider account status, transaction date, setup completion, feature usage, submitted-proposal count, generated-proposal count, abuse indicators, billing history, Dodo Payments requirements, and payment-network requirements.
- Approved refunds may be full or partial and are issued through Dodo Payments to the original payment method when Dodo Payments refund rules permit processing.
- Plan limits, product capacity limits, third-party platform changes, third-party account restrictions, lack of replies, lack of client outcomes, or a user's choice not to complete setup do not by themselves create an automatic refund right unless required by applicable law.
Usage-based exclusions
- Refunds are generally not available where the account has used more than 50% of the current billing-period capacity for either submitted proposals or generated proposals on the purchased plan.
- For example, on a Solo plan with 150 submitted proposals per month and 350 generated proposals per month, discretionary refund eligibility generally ends after more than 75 submitted proposals or more than 175 generated proposals have been used in that billing period.
- This threshold applies because the customer has had a meaningful opportunity to use and evaluate the service before requesting a refund. We may also decline refund requests connected to abuse, credential sharing, unauthorized account access, chargeback misuse, or attempts to bypass product or platform safeguards.
- Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived.
How to request help
- For cancellation, billing, invoice, or refund review, contact palash@alignxmedia.com with the account email and invoice or order details.
- If Dodo Payments provides a buyer support link on the receipt or customer portal, include that order information when you contact us.
- If a refund is approved, settlement timing depends on Dodo Payments, the original payment method, and the customer's bank, card, or wallet provider.
